How to Use 2-step verification

What is 2-step verification? 2-step vertification, as known as Two-factor authentication or 2FA, is a technology patented in 1984 that provides identification of users by means of the combination of two different components. The use of two-factor authentication to prove one's identity is based on the premise that an unauthorized actor is unlikely to be able to supply both factors required for access. If, in an authentication attempt, at least one of the components is missing or supplied incorrectly, the user's identity is not established with sufficient certainty and access to the asset (e.g., a building, or data) being protected by two-factor authentication then remains blocked.

With 2-step verification of Gmail, you can add an extra layer of security for your email to protect all your important information in Gmail, it's a helpful tools of you keep many important email in your Inbox. Anyone who wants to sign in your email address will have to meet two conditions: have the password and your phone, and if your phone have password, it may become 3-step verification :p (just kidding)

Once in the blue moon, you should check your Spam folder to see if there is a non-spam email was sent to you, but be careful of scam mails. Scam email often offers you a unbelievable chance of being given amount of money for free; tells you that they want to co-operate with you, hire you for a job, even with a signature with a "google-able" company name (believe me, the name of that company has to be real because they want to cheat on you and they can write what they want); tells you to sign in your Apps Store account, Facebook account, email account... Other user often report the scam emails, so that there will be a red waring banner in top of these email.

With newsletters from website, you can unsubcribe them by click the unsubcribe link in the top or bottom of newsletter email, or with notification email from social network website, you can change the notification settings of the website, or you use the Gmail filter to delete them in your Gmail in the artilcle gmail filters and blocked addresses.
